Gary Krim

Gary M. Krim was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 1992. He earned a B.S. from Columbia University School of Engineering and Applied Science with a major in Operations Research, and an M.B.A. in finance from New York University. After spending three years in banking, he attended the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and received his J.D. in 1991.

Gary uses his education, business knowledge, and experience in the practice of law to provide a broad range of services to his clients. Gary M. While no single page can convey the full scope of experience, as a sample of Gary's experience, he has successfully represented clients in litigation involving property rights, partnership rights, attorneys fee disputes, defending claims against estates, asserting claims against estates, and compelled insurance coverage when the carrier denied coverage. In addition, Gary has represented property owners in the purchase, sale, and refinancing of multi-family and commercial properties. He also has represented clients in the purchase and sale of their residences. Gary is also a licensed real estate broker.
